Collaborative Coaching Program provides individual coaching support for adolescents and young adults who are struggling with behavioral or substance abuse issues. Master's level coaches meet with the client in the home community to work issues in real time and better establish report. Concurrently, parents are served through parent coaching services and parent groups. Co-facilitated family meetings, utilizing a parent-team mediation model, allow families to establish boundaries in the home. Finally, theme based groups and service learning/leadership opportunities provide an alternative to negative behavior and substance abuse and create a cohesive support for families.

The Aspiring Youth Program provides summer programs, social skills groups and young adult transition support to youth with developmental disabilities such as Asperger’s Syndrome and ADHD. The Aspiring Youth Programs help children and adolescents build social skills, friendships, frustration tolerance and self-esteem through social skills groups in Seattle and Bellevue. Social skills groups utilize activity-based themes and Master's level facilitators implement our "Aspire" social skills curriculum. In the summer, students participate in day camps that incorporate a stream restoration project, pottery, hikes, swimming, glass blowing and indoor rock climbing. For young adults we provide comprehensive support to help unique learners transition from high school to college and workplace.

The Collaborative Coaching Program and Aspiring Youth Program are nationally accredited programs serving children, adolescents and young adults through innovative and outcome based services through a multi-disciplinary approach and collaboration with other providers, we help young people achieve success and families achieve balance.
